At Spody Ai LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your YouTubeGen subscription.

2. Refund Eligibility

✅ Eligible for Refund

  • Technical issues preventing service use (verified by our team)
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Requests within 14 days of first subscription payment
  • Service unavailability lasting more than 24 hours

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Subscription periods where sparks have been used
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (quality is subjective)
  • Requests made after 14 days from payment
  • Account termination due to Terms of Service violation
  • Unused sparks at the end of billing period (they do not roll over)

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email Us: Send a refund request to support@spody.app
  2. Include: Your account email, date of purchase, transaction ID, reason for refund
  3. Wait for Response: We'll review your request within 48 hours
  4. Receive Refund: If approved, refund will be processed to original payment method

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile settings:

  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • Unused sparks do not carry over and are forfeited upon cancellation
  • No partial refunds for unused days within the billing period
  • You can resubscribe at any time

6. Processing Method

Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Other methods: May vary by provider

7. Free Sparks

Free sparks provided upon registration:

  • Are not eligible for cash refund
  • Cannot be transferred or exchanged
  • Are provided as a one-time bonus to try the Service
